Robot Shuttle System
- Six axis paint robot
- Two independent intrinsically-safe shuttles
- Brings a rack of parts into the booth every 30 seconds
- Rack of parts is sprayed by the paint robot
- Shuttle returns to home position where the operator unloads the parts onto a flat belt conveyor for final drying sequence
- Operator never enters the paint booth except for maintenance on the spray gun and booth filter changing
