Dip Coating Machine

- 1.5 mils dry thickness and a smooth, spray-like finish required (unlike most dip processes)
- 2 rotating flash stations for film leveling
- stainless steel dip tank, Teflon coated
- coating in tank is run through a heat exchanger and viscometer for consistent viscosity control at all times
- high velocity oven dries parts in 2 minutes
- 2- Staubli six-axis robots used to load, unload, and place parts in various stages of the machine
- output is 1 part every 10 seconds
